Yes. Depending on the experience, we can incorporate your logo, colours, campaign artwork, event title or sponsor branding into photo designs, screens, digital overlays, videos and signage.
Do you deliver, set up and pack down?
Yes. We coordinate venue access and take care of delivery, professional setup and pack-down. Attended booths and special effects also include the appropriate Epic Event Hire team members during operation.
Can you work with our venue and event suppliers?
Absolutely. We can coordinate access, positioning and important timings with your venue, event planner, AV team, photographer or other relevant suppliers.
Can you accommodate corporate payment processes?
Yes. We are happy to work with standard corporate, council and organisational payment schedules. Let us know about purchase orders, supplier onboarding or other requirements when requesting your quote.
